Our remote support summer hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
To ensure a smooth support experience, please note the following guidelines:
1.Stay with Your Device During Sessions: Once you start a remote session you will need to allow the technician access to your device and it's important that you remain at your device.
2.Support Services Available:
- Software Installations and Troubleshooting: Our remote technicians can assist you with installing software and resolving any related issues.
- Printer Installations and Issues: We can help with setting up printers and troubleshooting any problems you may encounter.
- Teams Issues: If you're experiencing difficulties with Microsoft Teams, such as microphone, camera, or sound issues, we're here to help.
3.- Session Identification: At the start of each session, please select from the provided options, enter your name, and indicate whether you are a staff member or student.
